Business and Professional Women of Aurora

Empowering Aurora women: personally and professionally.

The Aurora Chapter is not Active! If you are   interested in being involved in its reforming,   please contact Deb Fischer at   [email protected]

Help us bring the women of Aurora into the exciting and active Business and Professional Women's sisterhood. BPW Colorado has so much to offer through education, advocacy and support. Once a member of one chapter, you become a member at the state, national, and international level. Please consider another chapter (Boulder, Cherry Creek, Denver, Northwest Metro or CO Virtual) if you're not available to be a part of reforming the Aurora Chapter. We want you to access BPW's empowerment!

The chapter mission is to achieve equity for all women through advocacy, education and information. BPW Aurora continues to thrive with excellent programs, opportunities for networking, legislative updates, and creative special events.

 History of the Aurora Chapter

We are proud to be a part of BPW Colorado, an organization founded in 1919 as part of the suffragette movement. Our focus is on building powerful women: personally, professionally, and politically. "The mission of BPW Colorado shall be to achieve equity for all women through advocacy, education and information." BPW Colorado has local organizations in: Aurora, Boulder, Cherry Creek, Denver, and NW Metro. We welcome both women and men in support of our organization's mission and goals.

The Business and Professional Women of Aurora serves working women in the SE Denver and Aurora area. Our members live in Aurora, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Centennial, and DTC areas. We normally meet on the first Thursday of the month. There is no cost to attend the meeting, as each member pays for their own meal. We will be discussing a book recommended by a member.

Please email Deb Fischer if you are interested in forming an Aurora Chapter and we will assist you in every possible way.
