BPW Denver and Virtual chapters are also happy to be host our monthly meeting at 7pm on May 26th. Our very own Kathy Kelly will be talking to us about negotiation.

Join us on May 26th as we prepare to face the pandemic recovery period. It is especially important that women know how to stand up for themselves as we return to the workplace. Will you come back with your pre-pandemic salary? How can you negotiate for better work/life balance? What other challenges are you expecting? Learn concrete negotiating skills so that you are better prepared for the months ahead.

Here is Kathy’s bio:
Kathy Kelly is a small business owner and long-time member of BPW. Her company, Personnel Profiles, Inc. (www.ppiadvantage.com), was established in 1971 and continues today with service to the new home industry in the US and Canada. Personnel Profiles conducts onsite sales training evaluations with an emphasis on identifying presentation strengths and advising builder clients where future training efforts can best be directed.
Kathy currently serves as the NFBPWC chair of the Lifelong Leadership and Learning Committee (L3). Over the past three years, the L3 Committee has developed a series of personal and professional development modules aimed to support women’s economic self-sufficiency and to build up our skills for personal, professional and political growth – no matter what stage of life you’re in.

Please join us and our sister chapter, BPW Virtual, for this fun event! BPW Denver will be combining forces with our amazing sisters from the BPW Colorado Virtual Chapter to co-host our meetings virtually for the indefinite future. We will be hosting an informative presentation and facilitate lively discussions around the issues of BALANCE as our theme for the 2020-21 season. These combined meetings will be ongoing until social distancing is no longer required to keep us all safe from COVID-19 - please watch our Meetup page and the BPW Colorado website for information on when we will be resuming our usual 2nd Wednesday in-person dinner programs again. I hope you will join both chapters for a virtual program on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 7:00-8:30 over Zoom.

All fees will be waived due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
