Dr. Nelson will be discussing the do’s and don’ts of business communication styles, especially as it relates to how women may be perceived in the workplace.

What types of speech or gestures make up gender communication challenges.
What can you do once you’ve identified bias?
How can women make themselves heard when they’re being marginalized in meetings, passed over for leadership roles or a job promotion.
Dr. Nelson will share her research and tips for today’s working woman.
