TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee and may be considered refundable if requested on or before July 10, 2022. Cancellations may be considered half refundable if requested after July 10, 2022. Any cancellations received after July 24, 2022 will only be considered for a refund in extenuating circumstances.
Refunds:
NFBPWC has the right to evaluate any refund request and to process or deny the refund at its discretion. If a refund is issued, the original credit card account used will be credited the amount received by NFBPWC minus any processing and /or cancellation fee(s).

HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION:
There are three ways NFBPWC General Assembly registrants can make their hotel reservations:

- Visit www.sacramento.embassysuites.com and make a reservation using the group/convention code: NFB, or
- Call (916) 326-5000 and let the Front Desk Agent know you would like to make a reservation under the Biennial General Assembly discounted rate.
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY JULY 14, 2022
$219 per night (single or double occupancy)
[Sleeping room rates are net non-commissionable. Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 12% occupancy, 4% Sacramento Tourism Assessment and $0.45 CA Tourism Assessment per night) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.]
- All Suites include a full cooked-to-order breakfast and two-hour beverage reception nightly.
- There will be a charge of $25 per night for each additional guest in suite (if more than 2 adults per suite).
- Valet Parking available at $35 per night (based on availability). Self-Parking is located in the city garage adjacent to the hotel.
- Hotel to provide complimentary in-room wireless internet to all overnight guests during event dates.
